Product Description
The WideWheel is one of the most sporty 8″ electric scooters on the market. With front and rear suspension & braking, and ridiculously wide 100mm tires, it’s incredibly dynamic to ride. Due to the extra wide wheel profile, the WideWheel can provide better stability when turning and traction on uneven surfaces.
Designed in Korea, the WideWheel electric scooter main frame is forged with cutting edge die casting methods to improve the overall quality, strength, and aesthetic.
The 2020 WideWheel Pro features a new LED type dashboard display that shows the rider speed, range and mode setting.
WideWheel boasts two high-powered 48V 500W BLDC hub motors which offers excellent hill climbing torque and improved riding performance for more demanding riding conditions.
The front and rear suspension are made of 4 individual alloy-made coil springs that are designed to adjust to shocks and uneven terrains, coupled with the wide wheel profile, and this is the most comfortable ride an 8″ electric scooter can offer.
The WideWheel’s dual 120mm brake disc and its first class callipers are integrated into the braking system of the WideWheel making it the extremely efficient on braking even on steep slopes.
Proudly designed in Korea, the next generation controller box found in WideWheel is customised to enhance the riding performance and enhance the life cycle of the motor by having a smart heat controller.
The WideWheel is equipped with bright front and rear brake light for better visibility at night.

Shipping Information
Postage generally takes 2-5 days. However, deliveries to rural locations, WA, TAS or NT may take up to 10 days. All of our orders are processed the same day and dispatched the next day. The times indicated above are averages and in some cases orders may ship faster or slower then what’s indicated.
We ship all of our orders via Australia Post or private courier (for larger items). Tracking will be provided with each order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking, after your order has been dispatched. Orders will be delivered between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. Please do not provide us with a PO box or parcel locker address, as the courier may have trouble delivering.
If you’re looking to order for a birthday or event please order 2 weeks before you require your order to ensure that it arrives on time and without issues. If you still have a question then feel free to contact us.
Warranty and Servicing
What does the warranty include?
We provide a full 12 month warranty on all of our products. This warranty includes all manufacturers faults that are present or develop over the 12 month period. In the event of a warranty claim we will either repair or replace your item. Warranty is all inclusive of labour and parts cost, however, excludes any courier or transportation costs to and from our repair facility/store. Warranty is serviced locally in-store. Our warranty does not cover any repairs or replacements that are required as a result of user or accidental damage. It also doesn’t cover manufacturer faults that develop as a result of this damage.
Do you offer support after the warranty period expires?
Yes. We stock a large number of replacement parts that can be order at any time. We also offer a repair service which will work on and fix your product any time. This includes all forms of damage or serviceable/consumable items. The cost of this service will be determined on a case by case basis, you can contact us for a quote any time.
Where is our workshop located?
Our workshops are located in Pyrmont 2009 (Sydney) and Campbell 2612 (Canberra). With over 6 years of experience and a large supply of spare parts we can fix almost anything. You can either come visit us or we can arrange a courier to collect your vehicle Australia wide. Contact us today to arrange your service.
