Product Description
The ZERO 10X is a high performance dual motor drive, dual suspension escooter that brings off-road performance into the urban environment.
The ZERO 10X e-scooter is able to hit a top speed of up to 65 km/h (Speed restricted to 25 km/h in Australia) and has a range of 85 km in a single charge. With its 10 x 3 inch tires and front and rear spring hydraulic suspension that allows this scooter to easily handle the bumpiest of roads.
Its performance outranks all other e-scooters in its price range, making the ZERO 10X great value for money alternative to other high-performance e-scooters like the Dualtron.
The Dual 800W s/ be 1000 hub motors on the ZERO 10X Dual provides a nominal total power output of 1600 s/be 2000W and a peak power output of 3200W extremely powerful 800 s/be 1000W motor climbs hills with ease.
Just looking at the ZERO 10X can raise your pulse. Originally designed for off-road riding, this body plan was so successful that the designers adapted the scooter for urban riding.
The first thing you will notice is the striking suspension arms connecting the wheels to the body. These suspension arms are propped up by 2 hydraulic/spring shock absorbers for that added comfort.
Then comes the delight of realising both that both wheels have hub motors in them. Switchable between a single drive and a dual-motor drive, the ZERO 10X allows the rider to switch between 2 modes: the ECO mode and the TURBO mode.

Shipping Information
Postage generally takes 2-5 days. However, deliveries to rural locations, WA, TAS or NT may take up to 10 days. All of our orders are processed the same day and dispatched the next day. The times indicated above are averages and in some cases orders may ship faster or slower then what’s indicated.
We ship all of our orders via Australia Post or private courier (for larger items). Tracking will be provided with each order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking, after your order has been dispatched. Orders will be delivered between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. Please do not provide us with a PO box or parcel locker address, as the courier may have trouble delivering.
If you’re looking to order for a birthday or event please order 2 weeks before you require your order to ensure that it arrives on time and without issues. If you still have a question then feel free to contact us.
Warranty and Servicing
What does the warranty include?
We provide a full 12 month warranty on all of our products. This warranty includes all manufacturers faults that are present or develop over the 12 month period. In the event of a warranty claim we will either repair or replace your item. Warranty is all inclusive of labour and parts cost, however, excludes any courier or transportation costs to and from our repair facility/store. Warranty is serviced locally in-store. Our warranty does not cover any repairs or replacements that are required as a result of user or accidental damage. It also doesn’t cover manufacturer faults that develop as a result of this damage.
Do you offer support after the warranty period expires?
Yes. We stock a large number of replacement parts that can be order at any time. We also offer a repair service which will work on and fix your product any time. This includes all forms of damage or serviceable/consumable items. The cost of this service will be determined on a case by case basis, you can contact us for a quote any time.
Where is our workshop located?
Our workshops are located in Pyrmont 2009 (Sydney) and Campbell 2612 (Canberra). With over 6 years of experience and a large supply of spare parts we can fix almost anything. You can either come visit us or we can arrange a courier to collect your vehicle Australia wide. Contact us today to arrange your service.
