The Ninebot S may be small but is engineered to outperform. It weighs a mere 12.8kg and is able to travel up to 16km/h, which is 4X faster than typical walking speeds. You can even move 15° inclines and conquer various road conditions, without sacrificing safety and stability. Expect strength and stability behind this scooter, powered by dual-motor engine with a total output power of 700 watts and instantaneous power of 2000 watts. It performs almost like a motorcycle, but difference is, it has low noise level and is easy to maintain.
When you are approaching a small obstacle, the power instantaneously increases. This enhances the stability of the Ninebot S, allowing you to move comfortably past it. It comes with a 9cm chassis height and meticulously designed shock absorbing pads that significantly reduces sudden jolts. It has a IP54 rating, which means you can use it even when it rains.
The Ninebot S is also continuously learning to further enhance your riding experience. This intelligent self-learning algorithm combines over 10 years of combined industry knowledge from Ninebot and Segway. It utilizes built-in precision weight, movement, speed, temperature, and power sensors to capture your body's movements and uses these information to produce an algorithm that suits you best. Now you can ride better and safer with a companion that understands you best.
You can easily operate the Ninebot S with your smartphone via Bluetooth. Your phone isn't just a key to your scooter, but once someone tries to steal a locked Ninebot S, the vehicle will set off an alarm and you will also receive an alert on your phone. Check your current speed from the app dashboard and operate it like a huge remote control car from your phone. There is also built-in diagnostic features, so if it detects any irregularities, it sends an alert and proposes a suitable solution. Regularly receive firmware upgrades and even customise your settings to your preference.

Shipping Information
Postage generally takes 2-5 days. However, deliveries to rural locations, WA, TAS or NT may take up to 10 days. All of our orders are processed the same day and dispatched the next day. The times indicated above are averages and in some cases orders may ship faster or slower then what’s indicated.
We ship all of our orders via Australia Post or private courier (for larger items). Tracking will be provided with each order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking, after your order has been dispatched. Orders will be delivered between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. Please do not provide us with a PO box or parcel locker address, as the courier may have trouble delivering.
If you’re looking to order for a birthday or event please order 2 weeks before you require your order to ensure that it arrives on time and without issues. If you still have a question then feel free to contact us.
Warranty and Servicing
What does the warranty include?
We provide a full 12 month warranty on all of our products. This warranty includes all manufacturers faults that are present or develop over the 12 month period. In the event of a warranty claim we will either repair or replace your item. Warranty is all inclusive of labour and parts cost, however, excludes any courier or transportation costs to and from our repair facility/store. Warranty is serviced locally in-store. Our warranty does not cover any repairs or replacements that are required as a result of user or accidental damage. It also doesn’t cover manufacturer faults that develop as a result of this damage.
Do you offer support after the warranty period expires?
Yes. We stock a large number of replacement parts that can be order at any time. We also offer a repair service which will work on and fix your product any time. This includes all forms of damage or serviceable/consumable items. The cost of this service will be determined on a case by case basis, you can contact us for a quote any time.
Where is our workshop located?
Our workshops are located in Pyrmont 2009 (Sydney) and Campbell 2612 (Canberra). With over 6 years of experience and a large supply of spare parts we can fix almost anything. You can either come visit us or we can arrange a courier to collect your vehicle Australia wide. Contact us today to arrange your service.
