WalkSmart Care Packages!

The WalkSmart Care Packages aims to ensure customers who rely on their scooter for their daily commute, have it working and serviced to maximise its useful life!
eScooters require a level of maintenance and servicing - much like any vehicle. There are many moving parts that require lubrication, adjustment and tuning, including the wheel bearings, suspension, brakes, physical controls & more! All WalkSmart Care Packages include eScooter servicing at least once per year. Accidental care is also included, in the case you have an accident and damage your scooter we will cover it.
The Gold and Diamond Package include a loan scooter for when your vehicle is undergoing repair or servicing in our workshop! We ensure you are always with a working scooter and therefore should never need to rely upon any other form of transport in the meantime!
Our WalkSmart Care customers will have the ability to contact our customer support team, quickly and easily, by phone or SMS directly. A bonus phone mount is included with our Diamond and Basic Care Package and a helmet as well with our Gold Care Package.

All WalkSmart Care Package customers will receive 10% off any other repairs or upgrades that they choose! They will also get prioritised workshop placement, meaning servicing times will be quicker!
An invitation to the WalkSmart Community is offered to all WalkSmart Care Package customers, valued at $10. As a company, we intend to provide benefits that improve the experience for our members, including:
- Invitations to product launch events
- Discounts published monthly on servicing items and products
- Payments to members for promotional activities
- A portal to communicate with the WalkSmart Team directly
The Diamond Care Package is a subscription service that extends throughout the life of your scooter. We extend your warranty and continue to offer the accidental care on your scooter. Customers may bring their scooter into the WalkSmart store whenever it may require servicing, whether it is once per year, or five times per year, whenever necessary!
Other things to note:
The accidental care only covers one scooter you have purchased through WalkSmart - one serial number is assigned to each package. The WalkSmart Care Package must be added within 14 days of your eScooter purchase from WalkSmart.
For customers who are unable to physically bring their scooter to the WalkSmart store, additional courier costs will apply. Please contact us for more information. Tyre or tube replacements are excluded from the WalkSmart Care Packages, as they are considered consumable components. A 10% discount and prioritised service are included for WalkSmart Care customers who wish to upgrade or change their eScooter tyres.
